What to include
- Your computer: Mac or Windows, and which version.
- The mode you are in (paper, watch, approve on Telegram, or fully on its own).
- What you expected, what happened instead, and roughly when (date and time).
- The output of
laabh doctorandlaabh status, and any error message, copied as text. - If you are comfortable sharing them, the relevant lines from the log files in the
logsfolder inside~/.laabhai.
Never send your Zerodha password, your login link, API keys, or your Telegram bot token to anyone, including us. We will never ask for them.
When to expect a reply
LaabhAI is built and supported by a small team. We read every message and reply as soon as we can, on a best-effort basis; we cannot promise a response time. If something needs attention during market hours, pause new buys first with /halt on Telegram or laabh halt, then write to us.
